Wage & Benefit Survey

As part of providing valuable information and support to members, the USMBC conducts a biennial wage and benefit survey.  As one that focuses specifically on our home area, this survey is a “must have” for any organization on Maryland’s Upper Eastern Shore that wants to compete for qualified employees – along with retaining employees currently on staff.

Participants in the biennial wage and benefit survey include many of the key companies located in the Upper Eastern Shore counties of Dorchester, Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot.

Firms that participate receive a copy of the survey results free of charge.  The wage and benefit survey results are also available to non-participating USMBC members for a charge of $200.  The report is also available to companies that have not yet joined the USMBC for a charge of $500.
