CEO Roundtable

A new initiative of the USMBC is the CEO Roundtable – a gathering of local company CEOs, presidents and managing directors who meet to discuss topics of mutual interest and concern.

The CEO Roundtable was formed in 2009 to provide a forum where company leaders can engage in frank discussion and an exchange of views about the many challenges faced by businesses in today’s business climate, including:

• Financial topics
• Human resource issues
  
• Workforce training and skills development
• Compensation and benefits
• Government regulations
• Market development factors

An exploratory meeting to discuss the objectives of the CEO Roundtable was held in mid-2009, and a formal mission and plans for the roundtable are being formulated.
